Rooted in Faith, Growing in Community, Surrounded by Creation.

Whether you’ve lived here all your life or you’re visiting the Bruce Peninsula, we are delighted to welcome you. The Lutheran and Anglican Ministries of the Bruce Peninsula (LAAMB) is a faith-centered, welcoming community serving the region’s beautiful towns and villages.

Who We Are

A Shared Mission

LAAMB brings together congregations from the Anglican Church of Canada and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, fostering unity and shared ministry. We proudly serve the communities of Wiarton, Lion’s Head, Tobermory, Sauble Beach, Howdenvale, and Cape Chin, creating a welcoming space for worship, fellowship, and outreach.

What Brings Us Together

Rooted in Tradition, Growing Together

LAAMB brings together Anglican and Lutheran communities across Bruce County in a spirit of unity and shared purpose. Our worship reflects the richness of both traditions while embracing the needs of today’s world. With deep respect for the liturgy and practices that have shaped our faith, we also seek new ways to connect, serve, and grow together as the Body of Christ.

Faith in Action

At LAAMB, faith extends beyond the walls of our churches—it transforms lives through acts of service. Across the Bruce Peninsula, our members actively:

  • Support local food initiatives for those in need,
  • Organize community events that bring people together,
  • Offer compassionate care through outreach and support programs.

We believe that every individual has something to contribute, and we are committed to fostering an environment where people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life feel valued and cherished.
